AIDA Data Hub

AIDA Data Hub offers Data Sharing, Policy Support, and Services to researchers in Swedish medical imaging AI, and operates the currently largest national AI research system for sensitive personal data in Sweden.

AIDA Data Hub is part of the Analytic Imaging Diagnostics Arena (AIDA), and of the SciLifeLab Bioinformatics Platform (NBIS) and its BioImage Informatics facility (BIIF). AIDA is coordinated by the Center for Medical Image Science and Visualization (CMIV) at Linköping University.

AIDA Dataset Register

Using the AIDA Dataset register we help researchers share their data with the world, making high-quality datasets more FAIR and citeable using Digital Object Identifiers (DOI). AIDA Data Hub can also cover costs for work with extracting data for research, according to clinical data acquisition priorities

You can Browse or Search for datasets, view Metrics, or use our API.

AIDA Data Sharing Policy

Everything is easier if you do it “the normal way”.

The AIDA data sharing policy is a comprehensive resource that describes not only data sharing processes in AIDA, but also common practice in handling and sharing medical imaging data for research in Sweden and similar countries. It provides concrete guidelines and examples, and relates them to original sources in official law text. Key insights have been published in Nature Scientific Data (OpenAccess).

AIDA Services

We offer leading edge Services to researchers in Swedish medical imaging AI. Examples include the AIDA DGX-2 Service which is the currently largest national GPU resource for processing sensitive personal data in Sweden.

These services are offered to AIDA partners. Any Swedish organization active in AI or medical imaging diagnostics can join AIDA.
