Susanne received her PhD in Biology from the University of Luxembourg performing integrative analyses of genomes and transcriptomes of melanoma patients. During her postdoc at the University of Gothenburg she focused on mutational processes in cancer.

Susanne joined NBIS in 2020 as part of the bioinformatics long-term support team and the systems biology facility. Her main research interests are cancer genomics, metagenomics, RNA-seq and data integration.
