Nina has a PhD in Medicine from Umeå University, where she worked with the genetic aspects of Hereditary Transthyretin Amyloidosis. During her post doc at the Genome Institute of Singapore she worked with large scale Genome Wide Association studies in schizophrenia and cancer, as well as whole genome sequencing data. Nina joined NBIS in 2017 as part of the longterm support team, where she mostly focuses on analysis of whole genome sequencing data.
