As a Data Steward at NBIS Mattias Strömberg assists Life Science researchers with data management and establishment of data management plans. He also gives advice in publishing according to the FAIR principles and provides support in submission of data sets into repositories.
Mattias Strömberg is Associate Professor (Docent) in Engineering Physics at Uppsala University and has a solid interdisciplinary research background within Life Science. Before he joined NBIS in June 2021 he was active as a Senior Researcher at the Department of Engineering Sciences at Uppsala University with a special focus on developing biosensors for applications in human and veterinary medicince as well as in food safety monitoring.
